1.       Both chocolate and diet?? How is that possible?
Such products are called low energy food because energy of chocolate is reduced by 40%. Therefore the calorie you get is lower than the calorie you get when you eat normal chocolate. This makes it a diet product. Besides lack of sugar in the product (Isomalt is added) gives the product the property of a diet product. Diabetic products are specially consumed by diabetics. But, Chocolate Brunch should be used as a substitute for meals. It is better to use it to give you a diiferent taste during diet regime (as an alternative to chocolate, etc.)
2.       How much should I take at a meam?
I
t depends on the product in Diet Life family.
* Those having a constipation problem and wishing to lose weight should consume Diet Life Plus one pouch a day.  It can be divided to meals during the day and taken by adding to milk, yoghurt, soup and other foods. 
* Anybody who cares his health should consume 1 pouch Diet Life Brunch between meals when he feels hunger. Those wishing to eat dessert can eat 1 pouch Chocolate Brunch a day and drink water.
* 1 pouch of Brunch Crisp can be consumed at meals every day.
3.       Why is that so expensive?  Why 130 gr. and not 500 gr. or so?
The counter question “Expensive according to what?” will be a reasonable reply for customers. If customers take bran bread as the criterion, and compares accordingly, he must be explained why such a comparison cannot be made. For example, bran bread contains fat, salt and sugar. Also the percentage of bran is maximum 10%. So, in order to take the same bran that you take from 100 gr of Brunch, you must eat at least 5 loaves of bran bread. This makes about 3500 calories. But 100 grams of Bruch has 278 calories only. As seen, it has 12 times more calorie in the same weight of product. It is like comparing an automobile with an aircraft. We already have economic packs in weight. If the weight of the standart pack had been high as asked, its price would normally have been high. And complaints for price would have increased accordingly.   
4.       What do you mean by saying “our product is totally natural”? Can you explain?
All of the the raw materials used during production are obtained from natural sources. We particuiarly care to obtain the raw materials from the original source. Thoroughly natural means no additive is used during production and storage.  All our products, except Chocolate Brunch comply with this definition. However, such chemicals as Aspartam and Acesulpham K that are used in Chocolate Brunch are added at the quantities much below the quantities defined in Food Codex. These materials are used to sweeten the product. Also the product does not contain any preservative, yeast or colouring agent.   
5.       Why is it suitable for Diabetic?
Diaabetes means raised sugar in blood. In a normal healthy person, blood sugar is between, 90 to 120. Fiber foods should be consumed in order to prevent rise of blood sugar, because fibre foods swell by absorbing water forming a complex with sugar, thus delays absorbtion. When non-fiber goods are consumed, they rapidly mix blood and blood sugar immediately rises. This is an undesired result. Therefore diabetics must absolutely consume fiber foods. In this case blood sugar is regulated. No sugar is used in Chocolate Brunch. The natural sweetener Isomalt is used instead. It can be taken by diatetics because it is both a fiber food ano it does not contain sugar.   
6.      You say we do not take calorie. But is it sufficient to meet vitamin, protein etc need of our body? Can you compare it in quantity with the other products from which we take calorie and protein? We must not get weak while taking no calorie. Does our body not need any calorie, anyway?  
There is a maximum level of calory that our body must use everyday. A woman with average effort needs 2100 calories whereas a man needs 2500-2700 calories. It changes from person to person. Diet must be specific to person. Diet must not be lower than 1000 calories. Body can get weak at very low calorie diets. Therefore, diet must be applied by a regular and balanced nutrition. How is balanced nutrition applied? We must take all nutritive elements that our body needs regularly (protein, carbon hydrate, fat, vitamin, mineral, water, fiber). How can we get these nutritive elements?

7.       Diet Life products will be taken in order to mee daily fiber need. No diet is possible by solely taking Diet Life products. Beside Diet Life, meat, milk, yoghurd, vegetable and fruit must be taken as well, by controlling the ration. Also the products ccontain vitamins and minerals (Like vitamins E, B1,B2,A,D)  
8.       You have made a table for nutritive elements. But I do not understand figures. Can you explain by giving samples from other foods? 
Diet Life products contain high fiber. Bran bread has 10% fiber. That means, in order to take 30 grams fiber you should eat 300 gr bran bread. That means 783 calories. But when we eat 1 pouch (65 gr) plain Brunch, you stil take 30 gm fiber but only 167 calories.  1 slice of bread has 70 calories. You can eat 20 Brunch crisps = 6 Brunch Flakes instead of on eslice of bread. With 1 slice of bread you don’t feel hunger for 1 hour. When you eat 20 brunches or 6 crisps you do not feel hunger for at least 4 hours, because it contains more fiber. So you stay fed up longer.  
9.       If Brunch only meets our vitamin E need and makes us feel fed up, how shall we meet our other vitamin needs?
Brunch Crisp is enrihed with vitamin E; similarly Brunch Flake with calcium and vitamin D; Brunch Chocolate with vitamin E and calcium; Diet Life Plus with vitamins B1, B2, PP. Diet Life products also contain many natural vitamins and minerals. But we cannot take a healthy nutrition simply eating Diet Life products. As we already explained above, we must apply a balanced nutrition.
10.   We gain weight if we simultaneously take Protein and carbon hydrate. I wonder if any food that we take with Brunch would make us gain weight?
You do not gain weight when you simultaneously take protein and carbon hydrate. But you gain weight because you over eat when you take both simultaneously. For example, when you eat chicken only, the quantity is definite. Alone, you cannot eat much. But when you eat chicken with rice or macaroni, the quantity eaten will increase and more weight is gained. Therefore it is not true that the foods you take simuiltaneously with Brunch makes you gain weight.  
11.   How should we keep it at home? How long would it last under what condjitions? For instance, how long can we safely consume if refrigerated in an open plate?

aily recommended amount is one pouch. Therefore, the unused product must be stored in closed containers. The unopened pouches have a shelf life of two years if stored at a cool place unless opened. Chocolate products and soup have a shelf life of one year. Though these products have low humidity, they absorb humidity if left open. Therefore they must be kept well closed. After opening, they must be consumed within one week. This period Bu süre can be lengthened by refrigerating. Packing was made suitable for daily consumption.
 
12.   Does your product make addiction?
The product does not contain any substance that makes addiction. This product is not a medicine, it is a food. Regular use of the product is beneficial for your health. Thus, you will meet your daily fiber need by consuming a healthy food, which keeps you fed up, enriched with vitamins and minerals. These vitamins, I think, give the answer to your question if makes an addiction.  
13.    “Otacı reminds me a medicine. Therefore I am hesitant to use Brunch”
Brunches are not medicine. They are healthy nutritive products.
14.   Why is Soy healthy? Healthy in terms of what?
Soy is a plant containing highest protein among the plants we consume. Soy, apart from the other vegetable proteins, contains proteins at the quality of animal proteins. Because it does not contain cholesterol and saturated fat, it is healthier to consume when compared with animal origin proteins. It prevents cancer. It has a positive effect on bone health. It has important substances, which enable you to have a trouble free Menopause period.
15.   Diet Life Plus is used with other foods, but doesn’t eating makes you gain weight?
True. Plus is taken by adding to foods. Besides its diet characteristics, it regulates digestive system. On the other hand, with its property to keep you fed up, it prevents us to take another for a long time, thus reduces the risk of gaining weight. The important point is to take these foods with plenty water and make them swell. It is the lowest calorie member of Diet Life family. The person following a diet must take care of the calories of foods taken. Even if you add it to a high calorie food, it will be a source of high fiber and regulate your digestive system. It is useful to add to foods.
